Abstract Subjects: These thesis discuses the opinions of Abū al-Futūh Razī in his commentary on Qurān as Rauz al-‎Janān, about the subjects of occasions of revelation, repealing and repealed, unambiguous and ambiguous, ‎proportionality of chapters (sūvar) and verses (āyāt), recitation, and the influence of these subjects on the ‎interpretation of verses of Qurān.‎ Method: In this research, first, with refer to the above mentioned commentary, the viewpoints of Abū al-‎Futūh Razī have been obtained; then, with refer to the sources of Qurānic commentary and through a comparative ‎method, the viewpoints of Abū al-Futūh Razī about the mentioned subjects have been discussed.‎ Conclusion: Although Abū al-Futūh Razī has used some of earlier commentaries, but he has had some ‎special opinions which influenced greatly his commentary so that the commentary of Rauz al-Janān is a distinct ‎work with independent judgment on some of important Qurānic subjects.‎ In the subject of occasions of revelation, he analyzed the verses and with a critic method has found the ‎occasion of a revelation.‎ In the subject of repealing and repealed, in about half of abrogation cases of the verses, he has criticized ‎the opinions of earlier commentators in a methodic way and confirmed his opinion.‎ ‎ In the subject of unambiguous and ambiguous, he has special ideas about the ambiguous, commentary ‎of ambiguous verses and difference between commentary and interpretation, which are different from the ideas of ‎earlier commentators.‎ In the subject of proportionality of chapters (sūvar) and verses (āyāt), in addition to remembrance of ‎dimension of proportionality, has paid seriously attention to context of the verses and method of category of the ‎verses.‎ ‎ In the subject of recitations, he has explained most of opinions and argued for confirmation of his opinion to clear ‎the truth or false of a recitation.‎
